Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original Alkaram Home packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
